Norwest Association Limited is the body corporate established under the Norwest Master Scheme to maintain development standards within Norwest Business Park and to ensure on-going Park maintenance.

A not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, the directors of Norwest Association Limited are committed to high standards of corporate governance and are accountable to the members.

Members of Norwest Association Limited are the owners of land in the Business and Town Centre precincts within Norwest Business Park. Central to the Norwest Master Scheme is a system of covenants and easements that underpin rights and obligations for each member. The Company’s Constitution obliges the Company to levy property owners to fund the cost of approval processes and estate maintenance.
