Working in partnership with The Hills Shire Council, the Norwest Planning and Design Review Panel has beenestablished under the Norwest Master Scheme to pre-approve compliance of any proposed development prior to formal lodgement with Council for development consent.
This landmark development approval process provides fast track solutions for tenants and owner occupiers in the quest for cost effective design, construction and occupation that can cut months off the relation process.
APPROVAL PROCESS
All Planning Proposals and development applications within Norwest Business Park are required to be lodged with Norwest Association Limited for assessment by the Norwest Planning and Design Review Panel.
This Panel comprising representatives from Norwest Association, Mulpha and Council considers the strategic context, merits, compliance with adopted planning controls, and impact on adjoining neighbours and the environment.
This process is designed to ensure approved developments achieve environmental excellence and to deliver certainty in development outcomes. The Panel meets regularly to review applications from applicants, developers, architects, engineers and consultants seeking feedback as part of an expedited approval process.
