Located in Sydney’s North West, Norwest Business Park has convenient access to the greater metropolitan regions of Sydney and Sydney’s CBD. Norwest Boulevarde, which runs through the centre of the Park, acts as a major arterial road linking Windsor Road to the east with Old Windsor Road to the west and provides direct access to the M2 / M7 motorway.

In addition, construction of the North West Rail Link is scheduled to commence in October 2013 with two stations (Norwest and Bella Vista) to be located within Norwest Business Park.
