As you may know, the North West Rail Link is a priority transport infrastructure project for the NSW Government. We are starting essential site preparation activities, which are an important part of the early works program for the project.
Preparatory work on the site at the corner of Brookhollow Avenue and Norwest Boulevard is scheduled to start in the week begging 15 October 2012 and should be completed within six weeks (weather permitting).
The early works program will include the installation of site fencing and construction signage, location and disconnection of gas, water or swwer utilities as well as the removal of two building structures.
Work will take place Monday to Saturday between 7am to 5pm. Noise impacts are expected to be low.
